Victoria I want a Saltwater fish and Aquarium please.

The quality of the livestock is very good and on the few occasions that I have had an issue it was taken care of pretty quickly.

I ordered just under $100. In sea life. On arrival 3 of the seven fish where DOA and another one passed within 24 hours. I followed the acclimation process and received a whole 9.99 in store credit. Tried call and spent over an hour on hold just trying to talk to a person to no avail. Will never order here again!!!!

I’ve purchased fish from saltwaterfish.com many times over the years. Each shipment has come packaged well with a styrofoam cooler inside a cardboard box with the fish inside the cooler, individually bagged. A few fish I’ve purchased have come in blue or green water, but I’ve never kept a chart of which fish come with this water. I’m assuming it’s meds of some kind but it doesn’t matter too much because I qt and Medicate all new arrivals anyway. Ive never received a doa fish, but if I did I’m sure they would cover it. Communication has always been good, I’ve never had to wait too long for a package to arrive but if I did they email and send tracking information. Overall I’m completely satisfied and couldn’t ask for anything more from an online fish vendor.

I have placed several orders with Saltwaterfish.com and have had good experiences each time. If anything didn't survive shipping they issued credit right away. Generally livestock arrives healthy and happy!
