Arrived today on time. Well packaged. Heating pack separated from animals and still warm. Snails and hermits Good 95% living. Nice size.

I have been totally impressed with the service Saltwater.com gives. If I forget to write in the box when I would like to receive my order they call me. If they have an animal that doesn’t look just right they call me to see if they can send another item or give a credit. I use them pretty exclusively.
