Fish arrived as expected. One died in six days. Saltwater.com gave me immediate credit for the next purchase as promised.

Prior orders have been good, this last one was not. The tang I recently rec'd was emaciated and died quickly, should never have been shipped IMHO.

Hello, My name is reef Jose and I want to share bad experience that I had with Saltwaterfish.com. This was my first time buy anything from saltwaterfish.com and their shipping seriously bad and it is the way they packed their fish and half the fish don't evening make it during shipping arrived to your home.. please do not order anything from saltwaterfish.com and this company are bunch of rip-off and they are ripping of your money. Customers service are really bad and they only issue store credit and want you to pay 79.99 or more to use your credit online. saltwaterfish.com was not be in business was not for use supporting their need and they treat us like crap.. a lawsuit to be file with everyone that had bad experience with their company.. they expect you not to complaint or do anything because they feel that they protected by their policy is crap.. if you fine good attorney help us with this because they are refusing give my money back to my credit card. so I can get another fish with no charge no fee. people step up because they need us to be business.

Shopping was a fun experience. It was tough making my choices because of all the great special offers. I am looking forward to receiving my order. Thanks

I am very please with Saltwater.com. Had an issue with shipping and one of the fish and a couple other things did not make it. Saltwater made good and re-shipped. Thank you for the great service!
