Great quality fish and they always try to give you freeshipping will order all my fish products through here. Still cannot find my octopus since releasing it in tank but cannot wait to see it when it warms up to the tank

There’s plenty of good pet stores near me. Figured maybe online you’d get a better deal. One fish was dead on arrival another one died a day later. Snail died as well. Wasn’t sure if it was dead on arrival as they don’t move much to begin with. My water parameters are pristine. All my current fish are healthy. Don’t think I’ll order from these guys again

Have viewed this website a number of times, for awhile, before finally deciding to make my first purchase. A couple of days after my purchase, they contacted me and said they couldn't fill it and offered me a substitute for an additional $45. Not what I would call a great first impression.

I will never order from salt water fish.com again. The first order I got I bought a powder blue tang and clean up crew. I specifically bought large snails and a large tang. Well the snails came in and threw were smaller then my pinky nail, and the powder blue tang came in dead with 65 degree water. I was asked for refund and they took days to reply. I sent a message to the support team and they gave me “store credit” instantly. OK whatever I wanted more fish anyway I ordered another powder blue tang and flame fin tang. Powder blue is ok for now and the flame fin was eaten by my 6 inch lionfish because he was so small. Overall not even a lil bit satisfied, for they money I pay I think I deserve more quality service and fish.

My shipment was delivered to my door on time, but when I opened the shipping container I immediately noticed that the contents were very cold, and the two fish I ordered were dead. I took a photo on my phone, but I had quite a bit of difficulty transmitting the photo to you to reclaim my purchase price. I had to talk to two support staff to resolve this, but the second staff person did correct the problem, and the refund was credited to my account. The main problem was the cold temp in the shipping container, which I suppose was caused by inadequate packing techniques.

We ordered 14 different items out of the 14 5 of them were not shipped to us. Feather duster was so tiny barely looks like anything. So basically 35% of our items didn’t pass inspection. Of course these were the fish we were really wanting and ordered a pack of three for certain fish only got one out of the pack and the free item was only partial so pretty much will not get that refunded. I dont think I will be ordering again
