I have only ordered 2 times. But both have been excellent service both online and phone help. I also had a sea urchin die and it was a seam-less process for credit on the next order. Excellent and really nice people. Thank you!

I was just a little disappointed about not getting a reship on a loss instead of a credit because now I had to spend more to get it replaced. Other than that I am extremely happy with all I have received well so far. Everyone is doing great.

haven't received my fish delivery yet, so can't comment on the quality. Selection was the same as everyone who uses that wholesaler. They all use the same stock pictures. Was hoping to save money over LiveAquaria. Ultimately I don't think I really did. They both are now sneaking in an extra 10 bucks for a "boxing fee" in addition to shipping. Also a lot of "out of stock" items. As a new customer they had a chance to wow me, but that didn't happen.
