Called customer support about an order and was speaking to Sheila she was a pleasure to work with and fixed my order in minutes . Have bought many fish from saltwaterfish.com and always been easy with no problems and will buy from here again . Recommend to anyone looking for fish or corals to try them you wont be disappointed .

I have ordered many times and have been happy with everything. Always on time and haven’t lost one fish.

You need a better website experience. If this was for myself I would of choose another provider but since it was for a gift I had to go with y’all and work through the 15 minutes of trying to pay bc your website needs updated.

Bad customer service. I will never buy from them again
