This was my first time using this site and it was overall a great experience. There was one issue that did come up but it was NOT at the fault of the company. I had ordered a cleaner shrimp that was to be delivered in 2 days from the time of purchase. On the day it was supposed to be delivered Saltwaterfish emailed me to let me know that something had come up and my package was going to be delayed but they were working with the company delivering my shrimp to make sure it would get to me ASAP. They also provided me instructions on what to do in the case my shrimp was dead once delivered. Unfortunately my first shrimp didn’t make it. I submitted the information they told me to submit and within 3 days I received a new shrimp. Both shrimp were packaged nicely as well. I will definitely use this site again!

Package was more than 24 hours late. I took time off to be available for the package as it had live fish. I lost an extra day of income to be available to acclimate fish. No weekend delivery was available at extra cost. Company was like sorry your package is delayed and it’s out of our control. Well it’s your business partner that you hired to complete my order. I was not offered anything for my inconvenience. I will not order from this company ever again.

Moorish Idol died the day after getting it more than likely due to Fedex delaying the shipment. I contacted customer service and was pleased with the response!
