I have ordered from you a few times and EVERY time the delivery is delayed resulting in many deaths. never a refund or re-shipment of DOA but a store credit which just keep the cycle going.

there was a coupon it said spend like $175 or somthing like that and get free shipping and free gift then i went to look at gifts and there was a a few fish one was a clown one coupon was freerubyred and one was a grouper anyway i went to use and i picked a fish and it would not let me use.... very dissapointed

I have ordered fish and invertebrates from this company two years ago. All but one fish is still living. All arrived healthy and all were acclimated as with directed on site. When there is a good sale for what I am looking for this is the place to buy them If I have room and it is appropriate for the fish. I have two small tanks but saltwater fish are hard to find. Just bought fish for my second tank. Thanks for your sale! Thanks for being there for the little guys too!

I was extremely hesitant at first ordering marine life on-line but I have I am very impressed with the customer service and the quality of the products I received. The majority of the order was really nice - I did have two but saltwaterfish.com staff was extremely professional and followed their published warranty info and took care of the two issues in a very timely manner. They even texted me prior to shipping out my order to tell me that they wouldn't be shipping one of the fish I ordered because it didn't pass the quality test they perform before the send out every order.
