The store has a poor shopping cart system and poor customer service. They will sell items you have in your cart as you are paying and as soon as your done paying it tells you it can’t finish because items are gone.

Saltwaterfish is awesome! I am only giving 4 stars because I have had some guarantee issues with items I've ordered. But they have been quite accommodating as far as processing refunds promptly, and I appreciate that very much.

Second time in a row they send some of the fish in so poor condition(thin) that they can't survive the trip. 2 out of 3 died! The third is in excellent shape! So sad though!

Awesome experience. These guys are the best. Had 2 anomone die and they made it right fast and easy. Order some stuff off of their website and was delivered on time and everything was alive and neatly boxed. Animals were in good condition. The best site to go to when you need fish. You guys rock and keep up the good work.
