SalesLoftReviews of salesloft.com

This is quite literally the worst platform I have ever used. I change an email at the beginning of a sequence and it get reverted back to the non-working email by the second email by the platform. The AI can't access the internet so what's the point of having it write emails for scientific applications. Clunky and the emails send at weird times because they are hard to control. My boss changed our platforms without discussing with us and I wish we were able to trial it because it would've been a hard no.

I have never used a more clunky sales tool in my life.

Salesloft is undoubtably the worst phone tech i have used in my sales career. It 100% reduces the performance of our outbound team. It is complicated, slow and crashes at least once an hour. Today it is 11am i have been dialling since 9am and i haven't managed to make more than 4 calls in a row without it crashing or problems dialling out to people. This tech is literally the bane of my existence and makes my job 10x harder. Use literally any other company please.

Worst software ever for sales people. I would rather uses flock of pigeons to contact people that this pile of rubbish. Always down, forever being cut off from salesforce and unworkable,.

Spam email, never signed up

Buggy, scrappy, missing a lot of features. Integration with Salesforce works horrible. It has a lot of manual work because it doesn't work. Would never implement that.

Be very careful setting up a contract with this company. Quality of their software is mediocre and there's occasional downtime if you sync with other CRMs. Worst of all, they conduct shady business practices by sending one low-quality emails (I expect designed to go to spam) informing you of an upcoming renewal (more than two months prior to your renewal date). If you are planning on cancelling and don't - they force another year's payment on you despite knowing you have no intention of using their platform. Take heed of the other reviews here and stay away.

Average functionality for a sales tool - but even worse, they have a sneaky renewal policy. If you don't give several months notice of cancellation then you're forced to pay another year. These terms are hidden - beware!
