Would give 10 stars if possible. A wonderful company ran so well and their customer service goes beyond anything I’ve experienced from online shopping in a very, very long time. The products are not only very reasonably priced but are of great quality and amazing designs. Highly recommended and somewhere I will shop from again and again. Well done to all involved. You deserve all the success in the world ❤️

I had ordered some Stratton Chelsea boots that were unfortunately too small for me (great quality though, just a bit too snug). I contacted customer service via email and Steph made the exchange process extremely quick and easy. Saint + Vale gets a solid 5 stars from me!

Contacting this company is difficult. Trying to cancel an order is more difficult. Frustrating to say the least. I seriously doubt this is a real legitimate business.

Hi Rocky, Mike here, founder at Saint + Vale. I want to address this directly because I take cancellation issues seriously and don't recognize the experience you're describing. We don't have any record of an order under "Rocky Balboa" on our end, and our team responds to every customer email within 12 hours (often faster). If a cancellation request came through that we somehow missed, that's something I want to fix immediately, but I can't find anything matching your name in our system. If you'd like to share your order number or the email address you ordered under (you can reach me directly at [email protected]), I'll personally process the cancellation and full refund right away. I'm here and the door's open. Best, Mike Founder, Saint + Vale
The items do not match the pictures. Quality is worse than cheap wal-mart knock offs - do not buy - do not trust.

Hi Nick, Mike here, founder at Saint + Vale. I'm sorry. We got this wrong. Some honest context on where we are as a brand. The Enzo is our entry-level loafer at $72.99, and at that price the construction sits at a different level than our higher-tier pieces like the Salcombe, Tilbury, and Grosvenor. We try to be upfront about that tier difference because it matters. But entry-level doesn't mean "doesn't hold up," and when something we ship falls short of that bar, we'd rather fix it fast than argue about it. That's why you got a refund the same day, with the pieces on us. The offer of a free replacement or something from our higher-tier collection still stands whenever you want it, with no expectation of a review update either way. We launched in January and we're still finding our footing. Reviews like this one are part of how we get there. Thank you, Nick. Best, Mike Founder, Saint + Vale
Horrible quality of the product. Just unbelievably bad! Delivery was slow, took more than 2 days and I couldn't updates because it comes with some chinese delivery company.

Hey Alex, Mike here. I saw this review sitting where it is and wanted to write to you rather than around you. When it first came in back in June, I reached out — refunded your order in full, told you to keep the Enzo, and sent you a pair of Salcombes in Grey on us so you could see what we're building at the higher tier. When they landed in Marbella, you wrote back to say they looked meaningfully better built than the Enzo, and that you'd wear them and report back. I followed up in July, twice, hoping to hear how they were holding up on the feet. Never heard back, and the review has stayed as it is.I'm not writing to argue with a star rating — you're entitled to how you felt about the Enzo, and if the Salcombes let you down on wear I'd genuinely rather know than not. I just wanted to say plainly that the door's still open on my end. If you want to share what you actually think of them now, good or bad, I'd read it. And if this is where things end, that's alright too. Appreciate you giving us the second shot in the first place. Best, Mike — Founder, Saint + Vale
Dealing with this company has been a disaster from the start. Guided by relatively good reviews from customers on Trustpilot - I placed an order for some pants and shoes. I used their sizing chart which conformed with other sizes that I typically wear. The order took a while to ship, and was finally delivered by some random person in a Prius - I guess the shipping service. The order was missing the shoes, and the pants - overall good quality - didn't fit at all. I'm a 6'1" guy with 34 waist - ordered Large (every pants everywhere fit) - these were tiny. They fit my 14 year old daughter rather well though. I initiated a return and received a quick response asking to wait until the shoes come in so that if there's an issue - it could be handled in one return transaction. Made sense. Two weeks later, the shoes still didn't come so I reached out to customer service. Once, twice, three times. Nothing. I finally posted the original review on Trustpilot which I guess prompted the customer service and later the CEO to reach out and apologize. Credit, where credit is due, they refunded the entire order, apologized, told me to keep the ill-fitting pants (donated), and if and when the shoes do materialize to keep them too. I understand that once order is manufactured and is shipped, sometimes things happen. We were all good. Now, yesterday the package mysteriously appeared on my doorstep. It was the missing shoes. The package was in a waterproof, mylar/plastic sealed bag, but when I opened it - inside were the shoes - completely soaked in water. How? Both pairs of suede loafers, completely ruined by water which I honestly don't know how it could have gotten there, but I'm guessing the shipping company left them out in the rain somewhere in China. So - off to garbage. In the end, the company ate the order, which is fine from financial perspective - I got my money back - but the experience, the quality of product, the shipping nightmare and finally a pair of soaked loafers didn't leave me with a great impression of this company. While the CEO and customer service rep fell on their swords - rare these days - they need to figure out their manufacturing and shipping. You never get a second chance to make a first impression. Would not recommend.

Caesar, Thank you for updating the review to share both halves of the story. The criticisms you raised on tracking, delivery, and our return process were fair, and we have implemented changes across the brand based on what you told us. On the soaked loafers, I have to be transparent with future readers: this is the first I am hearing of it. I personally wrote to you twice over the last two weeks, including a direct question about whether there was anything else we could do to make this right. You did not respond to either message, and the next thing we saw was this updated review. I would have replaced the loafers the same day had you let me know. That offer still stands. A fresh pair of our Salcombe Suede Loafer, our most premium build, on us, no questions asked. For other readers, here is the full record from our side:— Full refund of $260.79 issued the same day we caught up to Caesar's emails — $50 gift card sent on top — The original loafers that shipped before cancellation were kept by Caesar at no charge — Two personal emails from me asking how we could do more — Every structural piece of feedback Caesar shared has been implemented We missed the early emails, which was a real failure on our end and the one Caesar is most right about. We have fixed the support workflow so it does not happen again. Everything else, we tried hard to make right, and the door is still open if Caesar wants to take us up on the replacement loafers. — Mike, Founder, Saint + Vale
Just exceptional customer service! Very impressed! Thank you, Steph!

I wanted to leave a review specifically for Steph at Saint + Vale because their customer service has been excellent from start to finish. I ordered a few items for my wedding, and unfortunately there was a warehouse delay that meant part of the order likely would not arrive in time. Obviously, that was disappointing, but Steph handled the entire situation with honesty, professionalism, and genuine care. They did not overpromise or give me a vague answer. They gave me a realistic update, took responsibility for the situation, and made it clear that they actually cared about making things right. What stood out most was how personal and human the communication felt. Steph was warm, transparent, and thoughtful throughout the whole exchange. Even though the delay was frustrating, the way they handled it made me still feel confident in the company and willing to remain a customer. Mistakes and delays happen, especially with shipping and warehouses, but customer service like this makes a huge difference. Steph turned what could have been a bad experience into a positive one, and they deserve real credit for that. Thank you, Steph. Saint + Vale is lucky to have you.
