When I first got in touch with you it went fast, but my first representative wouldn’t answer me in time it took weeks and days before I got an answer. Then I got an email advising me that I had a new representative his name is Joseph Skertic he was incredible he did his job fast I was very surprised since I had the first experience with the first representative. Mr Joseph Skertic is great thank you.

I and my contractor feel very easy to contact with SageSure from the very start of claims and find Sage Sure are very active and efficient in handling claims process. All the staff we ever met and contacted with are very friendly and patient, knowledgeable and professional. I have to add that when we have questions and concerns, they are not only just giving us answers, but also taking the initiative to find ways to solve our problem and eliminate our concerns. I feel the claims experience is good and mild thanks to SageSure’s attitude towards their customers.

I had a problem and made a comment in their survey. Within minutes, I had a staff member for Safe Sure call me and asked what they could do to help me. I was surprised! I mean, who responds that quick with a solution? I was surprised and I was so impressed with the rate of response! My perception of Safe Sure went from not so good to awesome in a matter of minutes!

The claims process was so simple and straight forward. The claims manager was professional, helpful and consistently communicated. I was so very impressed! Would 100% recommend SageSure!

Kaylene was able to help answer all my questions about a quote I was working on. The entire time she went above and beyond trying to help me until she was able to help get a quote of mine approved, within less than 10 minutes!!!! Super appreciative of her
