First time dealing with insurance adjusters, I was a bit nervous but the adjuster made it so easy as he explained the process as he would to a 5th grader but not in a condescending way...! thanks again for the prompt fix

From the moment I called, I felt like they cared about my issues with my house, they help me and kept me informed during the whole process

People work for Sage Sure are very professional, understand and helpful. The claim process is very straightforward. I am very happy with the services that they provide.

Would absolutely recommend. The quality of their work was great and was done in no time. Everyone was very polite and they were willing to answer any questions that I had.

The worst company to deal with. Had a tree fall on my house in September 2024 from the storms. It is now February 2025 and I still do not have any resolutions. They cut the checks with the wrong names and I’ve just been passed around from department to department. Horrible Customer service, all They want to do is talk over you.

Worst insurance company around. They hide fees, charge them after the quote and then will not reimburse even when cancel policy. Never use this insurance group!!!
