Hi Caitlin, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We understand your concern about receiving only one of the two items you ordered. At the time your order was processed, one pair was available and ready to ship, so we sent it out immediately as a partial shipment instead of holding your entire order. The second pair was not available at that moment, but it has now been shipped and is on the way to you. You will receive the tracking information for the second shipment via email shortly. We truly apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding while we complete your order.
