We're extremely sorry for the trouble with your order. We understand how disappointing the delay must have been, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration it caused. We always strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. In this case, there was an unexpected delay because the product was temporarily out of stock and had to be ordered from our vendor. Once it became available, your order was shipped on July 15. The remaining transit time was due to international shipping from the U.S. to Canada. Since the standard shipping option was selected, the package was transferred from USPS to Canada Post, which added additional delivery time before it was delivered. Again, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience and feedback. It helps us improve our service.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced. Your order was shipped as a partial shipment because we only had one nose piece available in stock at the time. Rather than delaying your entire order, we sent the first nose piece immediately. As soon as the second nose piece became available, we shipped it to you right away. According to the tracking information, the second nose piece has already been delivered. We also sincerely apologize that your calls were not returned. That is not the level of service we strive to provide. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. If you have any questions or if there is anything else we can assist you with, please let us know at [email protected]. We truly appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make this right.

Hi Jace, We are very sorry to hear about the issue with the product you received. I checked our records and couldn't find any previous emails from the email address used to place your order. However, our team is always available via live chat, email, or phone if you ever need assistance. Based on your order history, it appears that we shipped the exact side shields that were selected on our website. To help us investigate further, could you please take a few photos of the side shields you received and email them to [email protected]? Once our team reviews the photos, we'll compare them with your order. If we find that the incorrect side shields were sent, we'll be happy to send you the correct replacement pair as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and look forward to resolving this for you.
