My concern is that the cleaning instructions were misstated by the salesman and poses a problem for persons with limited resources and physical ability

Shipped unit to us several times and it was still wrong unit.They said they would pick it up but never called. I emailed and called to tell them if they didn't respond I was returning the unit COD within 48 hours. They called the next day and picked it up. Poor poor service. Thank God I put it on our American Express card. They place a freeze on payment until it was resolved.

Tub is as advertised or better -love mine

Not cost efvicient5 should have built in heater. Sorry I spent 12 k for it. Waste of money

I am enjoying my tub very much. I bought the smaller tub and was told our hot water heater would suffice, but it does not. I also wish the salesman had made us aware of the high interest rate to finance. He knew we were waffling on whether to pay outright. The interest rate is more than our monthly payment. Therefore we are now paying in full and did not receive the discount!!!

I have only used it a few times, but my wife loves to take a bath I am a shower person but if I ever can get enough hot water to the tub I will be real happy. I have a 80 gal hot water heater with 2 new heating elements but somehow it don't get much hot water, I will soon find out what is wrong, However the tub is great and the people who installed were great.

My mom can enjoy her bath experience again. She loves her new tub.
