Got universal radiation/EMF sleeves for our iPads (9th Generation). We love them except for 1 thing. Our iPads get VERY WARM when charging when in the sleeve. We have to remove them from the sleeve. Wish they could make them so they are BREATHABLE!

The cell phone cover seemed well made with the exception of the magnet area. My iphone would not stay in place on the magnet where there was to much wiggle room for my phone. Customer service person Joanna was very-very helpful with my concerns, she was quick to respond daily with a positive end result. Thank you again Joanna. LD

The cases are well made and the one with the detachable cover is probably the way to go for convenience. I ordered the other two styles for my iPhone and neither worked out for me. It was fairly easy to do the return. I had to send an email to confirm that I wanted a refund, not an exchange. My refund appeared shortly after that. Customer service is fine; no major complaints.

My husband ordered me the wrong phone case. Safe Sleeve was very responsive is responding to my need to exchange and we got it all sorted out. The only reason I didn't go w/five stars is that it took a very long time to get the new case to me. But, otherwise, all good. Love the case and the protection it provides. Thank you.
