The experience was all positive in making the Vivint transition, except the new cameras initially “chiming” alarm on my Smartphone every time I moved in my living room without me knowing how to deactivate the alarm. Had to call staff member for support to tell me how to access deactivation of tone. Tech was highly competent in his work.
