The service was excellent and in minimal time. So much more I need two know to navigate the menu's on the touch screen.

Joe was courteous and personable as well as a good salesman. Got right to the point and didn't "B S" us. Also, Kenny, the installer, got right to work, was very professional and proficient. Made his job look easy.

We were not asked where we wanted the camera and door sensors placed. Also, the technician did not explain how to interact with the system.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a review about your recent experience with your partners. We are disheartened to hear that many elements of your experience were disappointing. We will have our customer experience group reach out.
Sales and tech service guys were great! We did have a misunderstanding of the terms of contract for prior carrier Northstar, which put me process of early termination fee for breaking contract. The issue was resolved. Also, I have never received the Safe Home yard sign as promised: Northstar sign is still in my yard!
