I had trouble with a blood collection and Nico was so amazing with assisting me with my attempt, and when I was still having trouble he said another kit was already on the way. I could not have asked for better service!! Whether Nico is AI or a real person, the service was superb! Thank you!

I didn't believe that it truly could be painless and so easy and it was. The instructions were great and easy to follow. I have loved seeing all the different results and the add information.
