On my first test, I didn’t get my hematocrit results. I found out afterwards that my blood clotted during the collection process, so they were unable to provide results. Support agents Tiffany and Bethany responded rapidly and addressed my concerns. They sent me a free replacement kit with some helpful instructions for retaking my test.

My experience was great. This was my first time ever getting a blood test but I expected too sit there and scroll on instagram for at least 4 minutes but it hardly took a full minute. This is a great product!
