I am very satisfied with my interaction with Rhythm and ready to sign up. My biggest concern was unstable results, weather exposure, inconclusive results due to samples and not recouping the cost or being resent another kit, at no charge. Nico was wonderful! He assured me that they would make it right, with no additional out-of-pocket expenses. I was sold! I’m about to order my first kit with add-ons. I’m so excited this is an option and excited to begin this journey. Rhythm, so far so good with your customer service; your assurances that Rhythm would make sure I was taken care of “solidified the deal!” Thanks again!💕

Excellent customer service even before I received my first kit. Dave and Nico were very helpful through text messaging, answering all the questions I had, quickly and succinctly. The kit is easy to understand and administer, didn't feel a thing. Honestly, not even a slight poke. The app had all my results with easy to understand explanations and the A. I. doctor was quite helpful explaining any result I wanted more info on. Rythm is a very cool tool to utilize examining your health on your terms.
