It’s Labor Day at 6am in the U.S. and I was not expecting a response until later in the day - or tomorrow since it’s technically a holiday, but after texting customer service I received a response within minutes. The rep, Pablo, was very professional, gave clear instructions, and took care of my situation. This was my first time using Rhythm and I am very happy with my decision to go with this company.

I was able to send an SMS and text with an actual person who was understanding and helpful. That’s rare these days. Can’t say enough about how nice that is. Tiffany was great!
