I got a test from them that showed 809ng/dl testosterone, I got an IV draw alongside it that showed 81ng/dl testosterone. No refund. Then i got charged two months back to back for the auto subscription which they did refund both of but this is a waste of money and time and so far inaccurate it could be dangerous. I went viral for talking about it and a lot of people had the same experience. Including people I personally know. Hard pass.

It’s important to note that lab values can vary over time due to a number of factors, including diet, exercise, hydration, sleep, stress, illness, medications, and supplements. Differences between two sets of results do not necessarily indicate that either result is inaccurate. If you’re seeing a discrepancy between your Rythm results and results from another lab, we’d be happy to take a closer look. Our portal allows you to upload your other lab results alongside your Rythm results so our team can help you understand the differences and interpret your findings. Regarding billing, Rythm is a monthly subscription service, which means your subscription is automatically billed each month unless it is canceled. We’re glad to hear our team was able to assist you and issue a refund. Charles was very responsive to my issues with FedEx delivery of my test. He immediately sent out another test, which I very much appreciated!
