Ky and Nico are killing it with the customer service for this company! I’ve never been able to text back to a notification on my phone from a company. They respond, take care of my question, and very quickly too! NO HASSLE WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL

So far after 2 tests I am very impressed with rhythm. The tests are easy to do and with free overnight return shipping, you get results incredibly fast. I drew my test sample on Monday morning and had my results by Wednesday afternoon. Both tests I've done have been missing hemoglobin and hematocrit so I contacted customer service. They got back to me quickly every time. The first time, they gave me a $10 credit. The second time, they gave me next months test for free, which is amazing. They say its due to clotting and gave me tips on my next draw. Overall i am very pleased with this company.

Fiona went above and beyond helping me figuring out if my blood was collected properly and weather it was a good sample collected. She responded right away! Great customer service!!

Mik from this company has been phenomenal. The customer service is absolutely unbelievable I’ve been speaking with MIK all day and it’s been fantastic. I had some concerns and they were handled immediately so refreshing to have a company that listens and responds!
