I made a mistake during the instructions so I reached out to Rhythm and one of the customer service representatives named Pablo messaged me back immediately and said they would be sending a replacement! Excellent customer service and response time!

Michael was fantastic! The whole rhythm experience is super easy. However, when I messed something up on my end Michael was there to help! I honestly thought texting the Rythm number would take me to an automated bot but NO! Michael's customer service was top notch! Keep it up Rythm!

Lara was great. I experienced great customer service everytime from Thai company. Lost package was promptly replaced. And I’m messaging them at 4am and they still responded.

I haven't got my first Rhythym test yet but I ordered it today and was scared of it being automated customer service. Wrong.. Tony helped me via text message with any questions I had and was very helpful. Thanks Tony if you see this!
