Pretty straightforward. Hydration is key. My first test I couldn’t fill the tube all the way. Rythm sent me out a new kit ASAP. After getting my hydration back in check my sample went super fast. Don’t forget to stay hydrated. Easy to slack in the winter

Rythm has been amazing so far for me. I’ve used it for about 3-4 months and I can tell that the data they are showing me is accurate because of the work I’ve been putting in to help myself. 10/10, simple process, easy to view the data. Really helps me focus on what needs improvement.
