Had an issue with my collection and Pablo was able to help coordinate getting a replacement kit sent. He was super helpful and friendly and made it an easy process!

While I used Rhythm for my monthly blood testing, it was the most seamless, easy and painless process ever! I have recently cancelled my subscription due to my doctor now taking over total care and costs of my draws. Charles took care of everything so effortlessly and was so nice and professional while he expedited my cancellation! I can’t thank him enough, we definitely need more people like Charles in this world!!! I can’t say enough about Rhythm in general and when I need services in the future it will for SURE be with Rhythm

I had an issue with an unsuccessful blood draw and even though it was due to my own mistake , Ky and Charles quickly identified the problem and sent me another device. 5/ 5 experience!
