This was the first question I had to ask and as far as customer service goes Fiona was awesome. With that said I wait in hope of extended screening for other biomarkers as it seems if you just want self knowledge this is good but when working for a prescription it has ,,, a bit more to go.

Rhythm has been an easy and convenient way for me to keep up with my health. Process has always been seamless so far. Had one issue where my device didn't draw my blood but Fiona helped me out quickly and got everything taken care of. She was absolutely fantastic with taking care of me. Would recommend this to everyone.
