Brynn and Fiona were super helpful. I had some trouble collecting a good sample and they had a new kit shipped to me within minutes of me reaching out to support. Super refreshing to receive such good customer service from human beings.

Great company to work with to keep all my labs up to date. And the AI coach is a huge bonus. Especially being on a peptide protocol. I have been able to track my panel to stay optimized to reach all my goals. Any time I’ve had an issue with sending out my sample either Tony or Rio have both been able to help me resolve the issue quick. Whether it was a delay from shipping company that caused a bad sample or if tracking was off. They were super quick, courteous, and very friendly to help me stay on track. Greatly appreciate them. I’ve been getting my labs done with them for the last 6 months. Highly recommend it for anyone getting into their health and most importantly for those trying to optimize themselves.

PAINLESS AND SOOO EASY!!! I love the convenience of an at home test. Instructions were so easy to follow. Never felt a prick... painless. I don't mind needles but let's face it , having blood drawn hurts. This didn't, not sure how they pull that off but, they do. I look forward to getting my results and knowing what I need to work on and what to be aware of.
