We needed a part quickly and they had almost the best price and overnight shipping. No hiccups, I received regular updates from the company as to the status of my order, and the part arrived on time. Since we were 1,200 miles from home and leaving the following day, we couldn't wait for 2 or 3 days. And when I sent an email requesting more information, it was answered promptly.

First off when I ordered the item it was difficult trying to find the correct one for my system. After I found the correct one I was having a difficulty with the site not working properly. When I finally was able to get my item and place the order, after saying it was in stock it said that it would take nearly a month to deliver. It did arrive prior than a month but I received no tracking information for that item.

We have ordered from them twice within the past month. Once was for our awning motor, which we had ordered over-night to our campground.(which worked out PERFECT) Then the cover for the awning motor. Very very pleased!
