My order placed with RVCAREFREE.com went smoothly. However, while trying to find a quick phone number to call and ask them if the part number on their web site was in stock, no phone number was listed on their web site. I did go ahead and place my order. RVCAREFREE.com did state on their web site that any custom order could take 3 to 5 weeks for shipment. I did reach out to RVCAREFREE.com via email and asked for an ETA on my order. The Customer Service agent, Taylor quickly replied that my part would ship on week 4, and I was just fine with that delivery schedule. After week 4, Taylor did reply that the manufacture estimated that the part might be shipped after another 4 weeks, but some concern was voiced by Taylor. I went ahead and requested to cancel my order and Taylor processed my full refund. Thank you Taylor and RVCAREFREE.com.

Right price, right product, only problem, I wasn't really informed before purchasing that is was going to take multiple weeks to get the item. I needed it by a certain date, which had come and gone before I got the package

Quick service!!! Great!!!

I had had an unexpected experience with my awning. We were camping at a reunion and had 8 beautiful days of wind and rain free weather. I had my awning extended the whole period. I also had my idler arm end down 2 notches. I had a ratchet strap connected to both ends of the awning, tied to stakes drove into the ground. Overnight, a unexpected rain shower event started. Knowingly I had the idler arm end lowered, I thought through years of camping and awning experience, I had the situation covered. After several minutes, the arm broke. I did not visual if there was a water pocket that developed. A crash sound indicated I had a problem. I contacted Tayler Hennessy and had an immediate response that Carefree was going to help me. After a few emails and a credit card transaction, our awning will be good as new. A quick delivery to my residence happened as promised. Thank you Carefree for making my unfortunate experience less painful. Keith Condon Swanton, Ohio

customer service was great but package was received which was not properly packed to prevent items from moving around in the box.

I ordered a travel r awning arm and it came very fast. The arm fit like a glove and very easy to replace. I would buy again.

Everything works good. Fast shipping. A+
