Still haven't got a shipping date

Well, first of all, I haven’t even received my purchase yet. So I can’t really judge the purchase and delivery process yet. However, your website is one of the most difficult sites to navigate to try to find parts. It took me over 20 minutes to find a stupid little part for the awning. If you read posts regarding this replacement part for the awning, most people can’t even find the part on your website.

Price seemed appropriate. Delivered fairly quick, though did not arrive until after request for rating. Haven't installed yet but looks straitforward enough. No instructions included.

I had inadvertently order an incorrect part. Customer service help me get the correct one.

Very fast response time with shipping. The cover was a little expensive though.
