Ease of use and finding correct parts for my needs

Outstanding service. Our RV awning caught 50 MPH winds from a freak storm. It was ripped to shreds. Unfortunately I could not move the RV until we repaired the damage. You guys came thru with flying colors, realizing the urgency and rushing my parts. Happy to say my awning is once again active thanks in big part to you guys. Special shout out to Taylor Hennessy. Thank you so much!!!

The product was just as promised, and installation was easy once I YouTubed how. I did find the cost unusually high for two pieces of plastic, however. Just an opinion.

I haven’t received the part I ordered yet. I called - left a message. Recording said I would receive a return call within 24 hours. No call yet.

Very helpful and easy to order. Customer service was helpful in directing me which part in needed for my particular RV

The part matched what I was replacing great. The wife and I replaced the damaged arm with the replacement part in about 1 1/2.
