Your order was processed within two days after your design approval, but unfortunately, due to unforeseen issues with customs clearance, we had to resend your package. This may have caused some confusion, making it appear that your order was held for three weeks before shipping. Regarding the installation instructions, we did send you an email with the relevant information, but it is possible that it ended up in your spam folder.
