The size, model, quality, design, and fastening met expectations. The only disappointment was the colors in the picture. They are significantly paler than in the example picture... especially the turquoise, which resembles almost white.

I ordered the decal first of september took over a month for me to receive item

The decal looks great, but… I specifically asked how long it would take. They said 2-3 days but neglected to tell me it would sit on a dock for 3+ weeks. Shipping took forever. There are no directions with the decal.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize that the shipping time did not meet your expectations. We previously sent you an email explaining the shipping process. Your order was processed within two days after your design approval, but unfortunately, due to unforeseen issues with customs clearance, we had to resend your package. This may have caused some confusion, making it appear that your order was held for three weeks before shipping. Regarding the installation instructions, we did send you an email with the relevant information, but it is possible that it ended up in your spam folder. Additionally, we have included our YouTube channel link on the packaging, where you can find detailed installation videos. We truly appreciate your valuable feedback and will use it to improve our services in the future. If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. Best regards, Sarah
Communication from your company is great. I ordered 2 because I never saw where the price is for a pair. Now the decals are fairly cheap. Your transfer paper hardly sticks and tear easily. The decal has the lower clear that shows up and is poor. It's a okay decal, but not for a custom truck. Thanks.

Your packaging damaged the decal, it was wrapped to tight very difficult to take out of the tube.

Dear Jeff We apologize for your experience. Upon review, we found that your orders have all been successfully delivered. However, Order 223491 was delayed by 5 days. This delay was due to an issue with the USPS scanning system for tube-shaped packages during that period, which affected the delivery time. This was an isolated incident and not reflective of Rustypod's usual service standards. We appreciate your understanding. If you have any further concerns, please let us know. We are here to assist you. Best regards, rustypod support team
Communication isn’t very good. Ordered a 5x8 rug, emails said I ordered a 3x5. Had me worried the whole way through until received package.
