dear valued customer, Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the color issue with your recent order. We would like to clarify that we used the exact design file you approved before production. However, we would like to explain that there can always be some variation between the colors displayed on digital screens and the colors printed on the final product, regardless of the printing technology used. These variations may result in the printed color being lighter or darker than expected, especially with special colors such as the one you requested. This is a limitation of current printing technology, and we sincerely hope for your understanding regarding this unavoidable circumstance. Achieving a perfect color match is only possible with continuous adjustments on specialized equipment, which is not always feasible in standard production. We appreciate your understanding and are always here to assist you with any further concerns or questions you may have. Best regards, Sarah
