One word was translated awkwardly and I asked to fix it. RushTranslate found another instance of the same translation (that I had not noticed) and fixed that too. Awesome! Super quick turnaround, reasonable price, guaranteed to meet the requirements that were needed. What more can you ask for? Btw, this was to translate a Dutch marriage certificate for USA immigration purposes.

I used this service to translate documents into Lithuanian. Despite the significant cost, all of the documents were rejected by the Lithuanian Consulate. Avoid this service.

We're sorry to hear the documents were not accepted, and we take quality seriously. That said, we want to be transparent: we have no record of any communication from you - before, during, or after your orders (placed in May and August 2025) - regarding the Lithuanian Consulate's specific requirements. We publish a full list of guaranteed end users at rushtranslate.com/guarantee, and for end users not on that list, we ask customers to share their requirements in advance so we can confirm compatibility. Without that information, we cannot be held responsible for a rejection we had no opportunity to prevent. We'd still welcome the chance to review what happened. Please reach out to our support team and we'll do our best to help.

There is no phone support which I find highly irritating. I would rather use a service where i can speak to someone if I have to. I guess I'll just use another service..there are other services out there that do a great job.

Hi Shlomo, thanks for the feedback. We don't offer phone support by design. As a document translation platform serving customers across dozens of languages, written communication is simply more effective and accurate for everyone involved. Our support team is available 7 days a week, 20 hours a day via email and responds quickly. We have no record of any interaction with you, so if you do have a translation need, we'd be happy to help. We hope you'll give us a try before forming an opinion.
They use an ATA style notarized translation format, which is not accepted by Canadian authorities, and their translation work plus everything is chatgpt Got my translation denied U want me to expose my order number here ? Seriously trustpilot only cares for good reviews and a bad review is given u want to challenge that Anyways Rushtranslate misspelled name in the birth certificate and my application was questioned anyways not coming back to them

Thank you for sharing your experience. We take all feedback seriously, but we're unable to locate any order associated with your name in our system. We've reached out through Trustpilot's verification process to request additional information so we can investigate further but we haven't yet received a response. To clarify a few points: RushTranslate does not use AI tools such as ChatGPT in our translation process. Our translations are completed by qualified human translators. Additionally, all of our certified translations come with a guarantee of acceptance by IRCC and Canadian immigration authorities. If a translation is ever rejected, we re-translate and/or issue a full refund. If you did use our services, we genuinely want to make this right. Please contact us directly at [email protected] with your order number so we can assist you promptly.
Professional, quick and responsive, before and after the job.
