Rush Travel LLCReviews of rush.travel

Kelly was quick to respond to my request. Because we are several hours apart, I wasn’t able to get back to her as quickly as I would have liked. However, she was right on top of everything and quickly found an alternative flight for us. We truly appreciate her prompt response, hard work, and the arrangements she made to help us. Her excellent service made the process so much easier, and we are very grateful!

Bought 2 airline tickets, Rush added extra charge of $460, said $100 was for tip. I owed $50. As,ed for details of balance of charges, while promised, never received. Sent complaint to Better Business Bureau of Delaware who advised they sent 2 requests to Rush with no reply. BBB stated they were dropping case but acknowledged that Delawaree address may be a front for a foreign company. The money I requested has been refunded.

Kelly Noor was amazing! She was so patient with me as I was really being specific about what I needed.. She worked really hard for my flights..(went back and forth a few times) to get me an even BETTER deal than we started out with. She was creative on the back end and I really appreciated that. When I hesitated, she stayed with me gently as I was trying to make up my mind. She professionally and continually provided the information and answered all my questions. And I had a lot. Great communicator and really responsive. Plus, she saved my family of four. around $3,000!! Thanks Kelly! Will be using you again!
