They gave me a good price, more than any other place and they had free shipping. I am in Michigan and from quote to shipping and receiving check it took 12 days.

John, thanks for taking your time to provide feedback to our team. Thank you for giving us the chance to earn your business and we're so happy to hear it went well!
I was skeptical and I still am cuz I haven't gotten paid they quoted me $154 and then he said they're going to give me $116. Precious metals prices are going through the roof on pricing hope that they send me the check even though it's not a lot it's better than throwing it away there's no way an individual can sell a catalytic converter

We appreciate the feedback and understand your concern. The team at RRCats works hard to provide fair, transparent quotes based on current catalytic converter market values and the condition and content of the converter once it’s inspected and processed. We know price changes can be frustrating, especially with precious metal markets moving around so much. Our goal is always to communicate clearly and make sure customers understand the process before final payment is issued. We do appreciate you giving us a try and hope we can earn more of your confidence moving forward.
Was a great company to do business with. Quick response, and great customer service. Would absolutely recommend and do business with them again.

Everything from the response time for quotes,to customer service was great. All questions were answered without a problem and with a good attitude. Payment was a little later then expected, but overall very happy with rrcats.

Thanks, Jerry! We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Glad to hear the response time, communication, and customer service all hit the mark. We understand the payment timing wasn’t exactly what you expected, and we appreciate your patience there. Overall, we’re happy to hear you were satisfied and thankful for choosing RRCats — we’re always here if you need us again! 💪📦♻️
Would give zero stars if it would let me. Attempted 3 different cats. All pictures and photos as required. All 3 said no value. Took them to a local recycle and yes 1 was only partially there but still got some money. Other 2 were perfect deletes. Again said no value. Not the right precious metals. So local recycle people got me 275 for both. I guess they only want high dollar perfect cats that they can give you pennies for compared to local. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE SCAMMERS. SELL YOUR CATS TO YOUR LOCAL RECYCLE PEOPLE!! AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. At RRCats, we’re upfront that our catalytic converter pricing is based on precise recovery of precious metals, and not all units contain materials that meet our buying standards. Our process—unlike walk-in local recyclers—relies on mailed-in items that must meet certain thresholds to ensure fair, transparent, and reliable value assessments across the country. We never claim to pay the most or to purchase every catalytic converter; our goal is to offer consistent, trustworthy pricing based on true metal content, not just appearance. While it’s unfortunate we couldn’t purchase your converters, we hope you found a solution that worked for you. We always aim for clarity and integrity in every quote we provide.
RRCats is an excellent company for purchasing your old catalytic converters. They make it very simple to do and are very prompt with your payment. Thank you!
