This was my first time using Rover. My doggie sitter was Kemarie in FL. She was absolutely amazing and constantly kept me updated on my boy. She sent multiple pictures throughout the day. She really made me feel comfortable about leaving my pup. Smooth experience throughout the whole process. I picked up my pup early and Kemarie modified the booking with no issue and I quickly received the partial refund.

It was the perfect fit for a rescue dog who loves other dogs but is very shy with people.
