Helpful attentive staff wonderful home
Helpful attentive staff wonderful home. Only negative: changed for cancellation made within seconds after a website glitch double booked me. Otherwise, perfection.

Rover is a good source of potential pet…
Rover is a good source of potential pet sitters. I have found several sitters to stay in my house and be with my dogs when I am away. I prefer older, more mature individuals as I have two big, challenging dogs. I do wish the Rover profiles included that information.

Rover gave me many choices
Rover gave me many choices of pet sitters. I reached out to several and found one who was available after a few tries. The app is easy to use overall. But I made a few mistakes ( I entered my pet twice!) and was unable to correct this due to having an “ active booking” So a few issues there, being charged for 2 pets. Overall pretty easy to navigate and my sitter was great.

The app is fairly intuitive to operate
The app is fairly intuitive to operate. I like that all communication between sitter and pet owners can be accomplished through the app itself. It would be nice if the fact that booking a sitter would have to be paid for right then and there was a bit clearer. It feels like it’s sprung on you in the reservation process.

The cat sitter that I hired and…
The cat sitter that I hired and accepted my booking 2 weeks before my flight canceled on my way to the airport which stressed me and my son out. The Rover team helped right away with finding new sitters for our pet. Isabella is an angel. She even picked up our pet from the inconsiderate sitter and brought her home. Thank you Rover!

Très bon site de mise en relation
Très bon site de mise en relation, fiable, simple. ça nous a permis de trouver une solution last minute pour la garde de notre chat. Les frais de la plateforme sont tout de même élevés.

The booking was not as easy to navigate…
The booking was not as easy to navigate as I thought it would be. It said I booked a stay even though it was just a walk. I also was supposed to get a discount since someone referred me but I don't think I did.
