Total fraud. Ordered a $200 garage lift and received a $1 child's ring. Attempts to contact the company bounce back. I'm reporting the fraud to my CC and hopefully will recover my money.

Shirts don't fit. Like children sizes. Cost over $30.00 to return 2 shirts to China.

100% DO NOT order from here, I tried to return it and you have to pay 100% of the shipping back to China. My bad for not seeing this before ordering.

Took forever to get the product, received what is clearly the wrong size and the label was removed, torn or cut. Absolutely horrible quality. Don’t buy. It is a scam

Purchased two shirts- they run very small!! Return policy is 30 days okay, but you have to email someone to get an approval to return. The shirts are nice and like to exchange but crickets !

I won't order from them again. After trying to contact them about inventory or different colors being available (never got a response) I finally ordered a smaller bundle than what I wanted. I was checking my order and it said unfulfilled. I emailed them and asked for the status of my order cause it's two weeks from my son leaving for college. I don't know if they thought they were being cute but they sent me an tracking email and the header stated. "Roomify Logo You're about to get your sh-t together." Your order is on its way. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system. I don't find this acceptable and don't find any humor in it.

I have to admit, I was more than a little nervous after seeing some of the negative reviews. I can report, however, that I couldn't be more pleased with my ordering experience and the quality of goods we received for my son's freshman dorm. Our box arrived within a few days of our order and there's no way we could have gotten the same high quality goods by buying everything piecemeal. Thank you, Roomify!! If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Please dont give them your money! I ordered in May and still have not received my order. I have emailed them per their website since no number to contact them. Terrible customer service
