Hi, this is Ethan. Sorry to hear about your disappointment. Which item did you purchase and what type of roof did you install it on. Also, what negative experiences are you currently having with your product? I'm interested in helping you. Ok, but is there something wrong with the vent other than it being parallel with the pitch of the roof? Or is it that since it is not leveled you do not favor in the design? Please forgive me but I'm trying to understand what is the actual problem you are experiencing. We value your feedback it helps to guild us in how we manufacture and market our products. We have been doing this since 1997 Possibly our two in tall collar would have been a better choice for you. It is much lower profile for a pitched roof, so it may look nicer. Yes it is true that vents need to have taller collars or curbs on flat or low sloped roofs. All vents are raised for those types of applications not just ours. Some professionals like our taller collars on pitched roofs because of other needs beyond a typical scope, this is why we offer offer them. Unfortunately, you did not have the need for your roof vents to have such a tall profile for your pitched roof. If you have any future projects or needs, I'm available to assist you so that you can be better informed. For now, if you want to work out a resolution for your immediate need my email address is [email protected] Thanks, Ethan

I'm very sorry that we failed to meet your expectations. In short, we are a manufacturer not a distributer therefore we manufacture products to order instead of pulling inventory from a container received from China. Not supplying you the screws is unacceptable. Again, very sorry, I trust if we are fortunate enough to get another order from you, we will ship quicker, safer and with screws. Ethan

David I'm sorry on the color discrepancy. It’s common to have color discrepancies. It’s like when you are buying a television for example. At the retail store you look at all the TV screens against the store wall. You view the same program on 5 to possibly 25 screens and that’s when you quickly notice the vast color variations that exist between screens. This is no different. I wish I had a solution for you about this. Lastly, as far as being thin, bear in mind our vents are made of aluminum not steel. They do feel lighter but are tested to withstand wind pressure greater than 200mph. Thanks, Ethan
