No response from the company over an order I did not place. Took $385.98 from my account. Can not reach contacts on any of their venues to correct this matter

Hi Kim, I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience—this is understandably very concerning, especially when you believe an order was not placed by you. We take matters like this very seriously. Any charge must be properly verified against an order record, and I apologize that you’ve had difficulty reaching support so far. We can't seem to locate your information in our system and need it to assist you further. Please email me directly at [email protected] with your full name and any transaction details, and I will personally: - Investigate the $385.98 charge immediately - Confirm whether an order was placed and how it was processed - Escalate for a refund if the charge is found to be unauthorized - Ensure you receive a clear written resolution We are committed to resolving this quickly and properly for you. Warm regards, Aga Hi Relief Team
Review of experience with Hi Relief Magnesium Pain Creme. My wife ordered this creme and for whatever reason my bank classified it as a fraudulent transaction (It was not fraud). After multiple attempts and my OK the transaction finally went through. My wife decided she would go a different route for pain relief creme. As the order had not shipped yet, I worked with Aga in customer service to get the credit card charge reversed. After a minor issue with the first try, the charge was reversed on the 2cd try. Aga was very responsive to my needs and deserves a "job well done" congratulations on getting the situation handled promptly !

Hi Steven, Thank you so much for your review! 🌟 We’re really glad to hear that the issue was ultimately resolved and that the refund was successfully processed for you. It’s also wonderful to hear your kind words about Aga’s responsiveness—we’ll be sure to pass along your “job well done” recognition. 😊 If you ever need anything in the future, we’re always here to help! Warm regards, Hi Relief Team
If I could give a minus 100 I would! Similar experience to many of the reviews. Never ordered the product, seemed to be done through ordering Mihirelief.com pain cream. Total scam. They have charged me twice. Do not order from these companies. It will only invite stress into your life!

Response from Rome MD· May 2, 2026
Hi Lisa, I’m truly sorry for your experience—I completely understand how upsetting it must feel to see unexpected charges and believe you never intentionally placed an order. I want to reassure you that we are not a scam. First, please allow me to clarify that the you have initially ordered the Total Relief: Nerve & Joint Pain cream and the subscription option was selected at checkout to provide customers with the deepest discount and member pricing which automatically generates a new order every month.. All orders are placed directly through our secure online system; we do not manually create or place orders on behalf of customers. Every purchase requires the information to be entered and confirmed during checkout. That said, we completely understand how this option can sometimes be overlooked. Our support team has already reached out via email to provide assistance and ensure your concerns are addressed. Please reply directly to that email so we can assist you promptly and work toward a fair resolution. We want to ensure your concerns are fully addressed. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and the opportunity to make this right. Best regards, Aga Hi Relief Team

Hi Stacy, Thank you for your question—I’m happy to clarify this for you. We understand there may have been some confusion regarding the billing name. Please note that the payment was processed under Rome MD, which is the company that handles our billing. This is why you may not have immediately recognized the charge. We can't seem to locate your information in our system and need it to assist you further. Charges may also appear with slight variations depending on your bank or payment provider. If you’d like further confirmation, please feel free to email me directly at [email protected] with your details, and I can: - Confirm the exact billing descriptor used for your transaction - Verify whether a specific charge is associated with your order - Provide full clarity for your peace of mind We’re here to ensure everything is transparent and clearly understood. Warm regards, Aga Hi Relief Team
I ordered 2 jars of Total Relief Cream, approximately $74.79. I canceled the order on the same day 4/1/2026 by emails. I called the Bank and reported this transaction for $133.39. Too much! Then I get an email from HiRelief 4/9/2026 order shipped. Listen at the Customer, cancel this order. Customer is serious, asking for a refund. Yes, I'm frustrated. Where is the help
By Andrea
Response from Rome MD· May 2, 2026
Hi Andrea, I’m truly sorry for your experience—I completely understand your frustration, especially after requesting a cancellation the same day and then seeing a higher charge and shipment proceed. This is not the experience we aim to provide. Your request should have been clearly reviewed and handled, and I sincerely apologize that this did not happen as expected. We can't seem to locate your information in our system and need it to assist you further. Please rest assured that we want to resolve this properly for you.
