Hi B. It says 7-10 (some require approximately 18-32) in the email you posted so please give us the time we require to do an amazing job for you! This information was provided on the product page. Some items ship quicker but the item you selected has a longer lead time. Best regards, RockMerch

Hi Laura, Response to updated reply. The post office provides free tracking on all packages now, including first class. That is why we request that information. It does appear that it may have been lost by them. If you want to give us another try, let us know at [email protected] and we will work with you given the circumstances. If you did return it, then just provide tracking info to [email protected] and credit will be issued.
