Shipping took far too long. On inquiry, I was told that I had ordered a “custom” shirt, even though there was no indication of that during the selection process. To top it off, sizing was not true either. The XXL was cut small and fit was poor. Will NEVER order from this company again!

The website said in stock so I order a T-shirt for my niece for Christmas that she really wanted in November, got it in January.. tried calling and even emailed to see why we didn’t get it earlier.. got a email saying it was a special order . It wasn’t a special order, it was a T-shirt that said in stock ..

The quality is very good. Occasionally there is a shirt that will take longer to arrive, but that isn't clear until after the order is placed.

Ordered for Christmas and received the end of Jan. Just to confirm that knowwhere on their site listed they would not make it by Christmas. On top of that, they would not offer a refund even though they had not shipped them yet. Use this merchant at your own risk. You will NOT get your money back, no matter what.
