Hi Stacy, We are so sorry to hear you are not happy with your ring. We wish you would have reached out to us prior to leaving this review, we could easily have fixed the issue and figured out how to make you happy. We did not hear from you. You are within your 30 day return window, if you are unhappy simply email [email protected] or call 844-330-9755, and we will of course authorize the return, free return shipping via Fedex is complimentary. Additionally, we are customer service and jewelry professionals, had we known we were matching an existing band, that we did not make for you, we would have likely had you send in the band, this is not something that can be done otherwise. None of this was mentioned during the purchase process. You may not be aware but Sapphires come in a wide range of colors, at Rockher.com we are one of the only retailer that actually give its clients actual Pantone Colors of the Sapphire Ranges we carry. We also take requests for specific sapphire colors. Usually when someone is looking for specific sapphire colors we will send out sample images or even send out the sapphires themselves for approval prior to making the ring. All of this is complimentary. Please take a look at the Article here - https://www.rockher.com/how-to-buy-sapphires/ Please reach out to us so we can help you, Team Rockher
