Dear Alex, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. Here at Rocket Rx, we take feedback very seriously and are always working to improve our service to better serve our customers. We apologize for the inconvenience and confusion this may have caused you. As per our Standard Operating Procedures, we have restrictions on the number of prescription medicines that we can supply to ensure patient safety. However, we understand you received the promotion code offer and wanted to take advantage of it and we would be more than happy to honor the code for you when you next place an order. Please kindly contact us at [email protected] or feel free to call us at (888) 819-1565 if you have any further questions or concerns. We look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards, The Rocket Rx Team
