Rocket.netReviews of rocket.net

Recently moved from Siteground to Rocket, and their TTFB is impressive and the page load speed is much better than any other host

I recently switched from Bluehost to Rocket.net, and I wish I'd been here from the beginning. The support has been amazing. The platform is ridiculously good and really delivers on speed, security, stability and usability. The term "managed WordPress" gets thrown around a lot, but what Rocket.net really sets the bar for what Managed WordPress should be. I'd strongly recommend Rocket.net to anyone looking for good WordPress hosting, or to anyone who's current hosting is (literally) keeping them up at night.

We have been using Rocket.net since August 2022, and we are extremely satisfied with their hosting service. From the beginning, we have been impressed by their Cloudflare Enterprise integration, which has significantly improved the performance and security of our website. One of the standout features of Rocket.net is their real live support, available 24/7 with knowledgeable people. We have had the pleasure of working with the entire Rocket team, who have always been responsive, professional, and eager to help. They have assisted us with both small and large issues, and have consistently provided exceptional service and support. You can tell that you are working with a great company when even the owner is actively involved in the process, including providing technical support. This level of dedication and hands-on involvement is a testament to the company's commitment to providing top-notch service and support to its clients. It's a true indication of a company that values its clients and goes above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction.

If short (Astra (T-Shirts Store template) + WooCommerce + Elementor + perfmatters = an average of 99 points on mobile. 99!!! FCP - 1.3s, LCP - 2.3s. On mobile!! How much time did I spend... how many different combinations... And here, for 30$, don't even think about not trying it, I'm serious now! It's only worth $1, no need to buy a domain, roket provides a test. Without the perfmatters plugin, the speed is consistently 70-80 points on mobile in pagespeed. My main settings in ELEMENTOR: CSS Print Method - Internal Embedding!; Google Fonts - Disable; Load Font Awesome 4 Support - OFF; My main settings in perfmatters: --- GENERAL --- Disable Emojis, Disable Dashicons, Disable XML-RPC, Remove jQuery Migrate, Heartbeat Frequency - 60; --- CSS --- Remove Unused CSS - ON; Used CSS Method - Inline; Stylesheet Behavior - Async; --- Lazy Loading --- Images - ON; Exclude Leading Images = 1; DOM Monitoring - ON; Add Missing Image Dimensions - ON; Fade In - ON; --- Fonts --- Display Swap - ON; My main settings in ASTRA: Load Google Fonts Locally - ON, Preload Local Fonts - ON, File Generation - OFF; I highly recommend everyone to give it a try. Rocket - Thank you for the service and for the opportunity to test it almost for free!

I've been frustrated with a shared web hosting provider and their poor servers for quite some time. Customer support would get back to me within couple of days blaming the site's poor performance on my theme or plugins. I even made a very simple Wordpress site with no plugins using a default theme just to prove that there was an issue with their servers. There would be a blank white screen for couple of minutes before a site would slowly start loading and it would be completely unresponsive while trying to work inside the admin dashboard. Receiving emails from them stating that they were working on the issue and they would get back to me when it was resolved was getting old. As much as I didn't want to switch the web hosting provider I finally made a decision to consider other options. I came across Rocket and since they haven't been around for too long I was a little skeptical. I followed my instincts and reached out to them. Since the signup with the company there was nothing less than an amazing support guiding me throughout the whole process of migrating the site and making sure everything was set up properly. This site is now lighting fast and I am so grateful for finding this company and hosting the site with them. I will definitely recommend all of my clients to Rocket. Thank you for everything you do!

Incroyable. Merci Rocket.net!

We tested out Rocket for 3 months for both site stability/speed on one of our main sites (which was so much more unstable on our dedicated server) and as a development environment to rebuild the same site. The way that Rocket has built its platform is simple, innovative, and forward-thinking. The services that they offer are very competitive for this premium tier of Shared Wordpress managed hosting and their support does a great job at working stuff out promptly and thoroughly. It is a great hosting company to be with to keep your site loading fast and stable while resting assured that you can get proper support when you need it.

Rocket.net is an absolute leader in WordPress hosting speed and customer support.
